Law for Entrepreneurs (20 credits)

Law for Entrepreneurs explores the legal considerations facing start-ups and small businesses, including intellectual property, funding agreements, and regulatory compliance. You will learn to advise on the legal risks and opportunities encountered when establishing and growing a business venture.

Company Law (20 credits)

Company Law provides an advanced study of corporate governance, shareholder rights, and directors' fiduciary duties within UK company law. You will analyse complex corporate structures, insolvency procedures, and the legal responsibilities of those who manage limited companies.

Dissertation (40 credits)
