How to become a Care Home Manager in the UK

Care home managers lead adult residential and nursing services, ensuring CQC compliance, quality of care, and effective workforce management. The Level 5 Diploma in Leading and Managing an Adult Care Service is the standard regulated qualification for this pathway.
